Bond & Bloom: Introduction to Infant Massages​
This is a gentle, connection-focused workshop designed for moms and their little ones. Led by certified infant massage educator Ginger Caballero, this session introduces simple techniques to help soothe your baby, encourage relaxation, and strengthen your emotional bond through nurturing touch.

You’ll also hear from pelvic health specialist Dr. Courtney Shadrock, PT, DPT, who will share supportive postpartum wellness tips for moms. This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect, and build community with other mothers in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
